This Privacy Policy explains how Marholm (operated by 义乌雄川贸易有限公司, 浙江省义乌市陆港电商小镇7号楼701-702) collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit martholm.com or purchase our products. If you are a resident of the EEA, the UK, California or another jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights, you have additional rights described below, including the right to opt out.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, shipping address, phone number and order preferences when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or contact support.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URL and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Cart data: stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so your cart survives page reloads. It is not stored on our servers until you check out.

Every marketing email we send contains an Unsubscribe link, usually in the footer. One click removes you from the list within 72 hours. You can also opt out at any time by emailing support@martholm.com with the subject line "UNSUBSCRIBE".
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Like many online retailers, we may share limited data (such as hashed email or advertising identifiers) with advertising or analytics partners, which some US state laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We respond to verified requests within 30 days (45 days where the law allows an extension). You will never be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

6. Sharing with service providers
We share data only with the processors needed to run the store: payment processors (when you check out), shipping carriers, email service providers and security/anti-fraud services. They may use your data only to provide services to us, under contract. We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
7. Data retention and security
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7–10 years); marketing data is kept until you opt out; analytics data is aggregated and kept up to 26 months. We apply transport encryption (HTTPS) and restrict access to personal data to personnel who need it.
8. International transfers
Our operations and service providers are located in China, the United States and elsewhere. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Children
