Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of martholm.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by 义乌雄川贸易有限公司 ("Marholm", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it — and the contract is formed — when your payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation by email. You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@martholm.com; after dispatch, our 100-day trial return policy applies. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before charging anything. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability, with a full refund of any amounts paid.

2. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price in force when you place your order applies. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is taken securely on our checkout page over an encrypted (TLS) connection and processed by our PCI DSS Level 1 payment services provider; full card numbers are never stored on our servers. Applicable sales tax, where required, is included in the total shown before you confirm payment.

3. Shipping, duties and delivery

In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery estimates (3–7 business days for US standard shipping) are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier at your address. For US orders the checkout total is final — no additional import duties or taxes apply on delivery. For international orders, import duties and taxes set by the destination country may be payable by the recipient and are collected by the carrier. See Shipping & Returns for details.

4. 100-day trial and returns

You may return any undamaged item within 100 days of delivery for a full refund, including original shipping. Items should be cleaned and packaged sensibly; normal cooking use during the trial is expected and will not void your return. There are no restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the item arriving back.

5. Product materials and safety

Our ceramic nonstick coatings and enamel finishes are produced without PFOA, PTFE, lead or cadmium and are formulated for direct food contact. Coatings and food-contact surfaces are tested by independent third-party laboratories against FDA 21 CFR and EU Regulation 1935/2004 food-contact requirements, and oven-safety ratings reflect the tested specification of each product. Current test summaries are available on request from support@martholm.com.

6. Warranty

Marholm cookware carries a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse (overheating an empty pan, thermal shock, dishwasher damage on coated items) or ordinary wear of nonstick performance over time. To claim, email support@martholm.com with photos and your order number.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photography, logos and design — belongs to Marholm or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marholm's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory consumer-rights rules of their country of residence. We will always try to resolve disputes amicably first — email support@martholm.com; if we cannot agree a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court.
